Our AI system pulls public data from Google reviews, Companies House and the TrustMark register, then turns it into a Trust Score. Nobody can pay for a higher score. It's a guide, not a guarantee: we don't inspect work, check insurance or interview anyone.
Online Reputation
Google rating, number of reviews and how recent they are — with AI sentiment analysis.
Qualifications
Membership of TrustMark, the government-endorsed quality scheme, checked against its register. Gas Safe and NICEIC can’t be checked automatically, so each profile links to their registers.
