Tradespeople who have claimed their listing
Pro is an optional extra for tradespeople who have claimed their listing on TradesAround. Claiming is free, and so is everything a listing already does: it stays live, homeowners can contact it in the same way, and you receive their enquiries. Pro adds the four things below.

Pro never changes your Trust Score
Every Trust Score is worked out from public data — Google reviews, Companies House and the TrustMark register — in the same way for every listing, Pro or not. Pro decides one thing: the order. On the pages for your trade, Pro members come first, in Trust Score order among themselves, and free listings follow in Trust Score order. Homeowners see every listing's Trust Score either way.

Claim your free listing first, then upgrade from your dashboard
1. Find your listing
We list tradespeople across South East England. Search for your business name.
2. Claim it — free
Open your profile and choose “Claim this listing”. If you sign in with the email address on the listing it's yours straight away; otherwise our team confirms the claim first. Not listed yet? List your business.
3. Upgrade from your dashboard
Choose monthly or yearly on the Pro page of your dashboard. You add a card, and you're not charged until the 14-day trial ends.
Questions
Do I need Pro to receive enquiries?
No. Homeowners can contact every listing in the same way, and a claimed listing receives its enquiries free, with or without Pro.
Does Pro change my Trust Score?
No. Pro only changes the order listings appear in. Your Trust Score is worked out in the same way whether you're on Pro or not.
How does the free trial work?
Your first Pro membership starts with a 14-day free trial. You add a card when you start and you're charged automatically when the trial ends, unless you cancel before then. We email you before it ends. Each listing can have one free trial.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time from your dashboard. Pro carries on until the end of the period you've paid for and isn't renewed after that, and your listing stays live as a free listing. We don't refund the unused part of a period — the terms have the details.
What happens to my photos if Pro ends?
They stay on your profile. Photos above the free limit of 10 aren't hidden or deleted — you just can't add more until you're under it.
Who takes the payment?
Stripe, on its own secure pages. We never see or store your card number.
